Gowly Group is located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. It officially developed water tanks in 1999 and specializes in the research and development, production and sales of sanitary ware manufacturers. It has its own professional technical department and its products have passed CE certification.

It wholly owns or controls a number of bathroom manufacturing factories, and develops and produces multiple product series: toilet water tanks, electric towel racks, toilets, bathroom mirrors and other bathroom accessories.

  Each model of bracket has been tested to bear more than 400kg, and the maximum load is 480kg.

Ceramic toilet production process introduction:

1. Raw material processing

 

1.1. Mineral processing and treatment: Select inorganic raw materials such as kaolin and porcelain clay, and undergo pretreatment such as coarse crushing, open-air aging and pre-firing;

 

1.2. Batching and grinding: Mix the raw materials in proportion and load them into a ball mill, add water and grind them into fine mud, sieve them into a pool and age them for more than 1 week;

 

2. Molding process

 

2.1. Mold grouting: The mud is injected into the gypsum mold, formed by gravity adsorption, and demolded to form a blank after standing for several hours.
